What is included with the venue rental?
Our venue rental includes access to the ceremony and reception spaces, separate bride and groom prep areas, parking, and a curated collection of onsite furnishings and amenities.
What sets service at The Ridge apart from other venues?
At The Ridge, we pride ourselves on being a service-oriented and family-friendly venue. We understand that planning a wedding can feel overwhelming, especially when couples encounter hidden fees, rigid rules, and limitations that make the process more stressful than enjoyable. Our goal is to create a welcoming experience that feels transparent, flexible, and supportive from the very beginning.
How many guests can The Ridge accommodate?
We are best suited for intimate to mid-sized weddings and celebrations. Guest counts typically range from around 40–250 guests depending on the style and layout of your event.
How long do we have access to the venue?
Wedding day access is provided from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, with all music and event activities concluding by 10:30 PM to allow for guest departure and cleanup. A four-hour rehearsal period is also included.
Can we set up the day before?
Yes. Couples may access the venue the day prior to the wedding between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM for setup and decorating.
Are restrooms available for guests?
Yes. Guest restrooms are provided near the reception area. Because the property operates on a septic system, restrooms inside the main residence are reserved for the wedding party preparation areas only.
Do you provide catering?
We do not provide in-house catering, which gives couples flexibility in choosing the food experience that best fits their vision and budget. If requested, we are happy to provide a list of caterers we recommend.
Can we serve alcohol?
Yes, alcohol service is permitted when handled by properly licensed and insured bartending professionals.
Can we bring our own vendors?
Yes. Couples are welcome to bring their own licensed and insured vendors or provide food prepared by family or friends. There are never any fees for doing so. We can also provide recommendations for trusted local professionals if desired.
Do vendors need insurance?
Yes. Vendors serving food or alcohol are generally required to provide proof of insurance and may be asked to provide a Certificate of Insurance naming The Ridge as additionally insured.
Do you offer both ceremony and reception space?
Yes. The Ridge is designed to host both your ceremony and reception in one beautiful location, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the entire celebration without traveling between venues.
Do you offer wedding planning or coordination?
We can recommend experienced wedding planners that have proven success at The Ridge.
Do you require a Day-of Coordinator
Yes. The coordinator may be a friend or family member, as long as they are not in the wedding party. If you need a recommendations, we are happy to provide them.

Is the venue outdoors?
The Ridge is an outdoors venue, allowing couples and guests to enjoy the surrounding natural setting. We do not have indoor facilities for ceremonies or receptions.
Do you provide chairs, tables, or rentals?
Some venue furnishings are included, such as farm tables, cocktail tables, bars, umbrellas, wine barrels, and other select items. Ceremony and reception chairs are not included and should be rented separately.
Is there parking onsite?
Yes. Onsite parking is available for up to 60 vehicles. For wedding over 80 guests, we typically require shuttle service.
Are candles or sparklers allowed?
Open flame restrictions help us protect the property and surrounding landscape. Candles are generally not permitted except for select ceremonial uses such as a unity candle. Sparklers are not allowed.
Who handles cleanup?
Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their own materials and equipment. The venue handles standard trash disposal.
Are pets allowed?
In most cases, yes. We love including furry family members when appropriate. Please ask about specific pet guidelines during planning.
Do you offer a day-after gathering option?
Yes. Couples may add an optional day-after celebration that includes use of the pool and waterslide area, umbrellas, and access to the venue for an additional fee. Guests should bring their own towels, blankets, and chairs.
How far in advance should we book?
Popular spring, summer, and fall weekends typically book 12 months in advance, so we recommend reaching out as early as possible to secure your preferred date.
